The Piedmont East Bay Children's Choir offers a sequential order of training and groups in which children participate. Most children join a group in the Kinder or Training Department, and rehearse once weekly.
As their vocal abilities and musicianship develop, singers can then join the Performing Department, which rehearses twice weekly and has a required summer camp and tour commitment.
All rehearsals are held in Piedmont, in one of several venues within a few blocks of one another. The Choir rents space at the Piedmont Community Church, the Piedmont Center for the Arts, the Veteran’s Memorial Building, Piedmont Middle School, and Havens Elementary.
