Pre-Tour Concert & Preparations

A tour really begins with the Tour Concert....

Ensemble met at Corpus Christi Sunday afternoon to practice for the tour concert tonight. They reported that they were mostly packed and were excited about tomorrow's travels, the concerts, and playing together.

It sure looked like the young people enjoyed singing for their families and friends. Clearly, they have worked very hard to be able to perform so well. The choir consists of dedicated young musicians who have spent years preparing for this opportunity to make music with another world-class choir and they seem to recognize the seriousness of the endeavor. It should be quite a tour. Several choir members asked me to thank you parents and friends for supporting their work and for attending tonight's concert.

Now to pack and get some sleep. We are off tomorrow!!!!!
