Join Piedmont East Bay Children's Choirs Performing Department choirs in celebrating the holidays with our annual Candlelight Concert. In our 40th anniversary season, the choirs continue to explore innovative new works tackling social issues, reintroduce audiences to historical pieces by composers marginalized during their time, and connect to other cultures through singing repertoire from around the world. Through our music, we connect to each other, and inspire others to live in harmony.

Return to our season finale performance including all of our Training and Performing Department ensembles, honoring our graduating class of 2022, and gratefully realizing we have truly been Homeward Bound this year!

Join Ancora and Ecco singers in a night of solos and small ensembles in the wonderful cabaret atmosphere of Yoshi’s Jazz Club at Oakland’s Jack London Square. Our young musicians add their voices to the legendary artists that have graced Yoshi’s stage, as we celebrate their achievement and promise to take their music to, well, Jazz and Beyond!
Join Ensemble in this long-awaited collaboration featuring the world premiere of Denial by Michael Gilbertson with the San Francisco Chamber Orchestra and Volti. Set to both ancient and contemporary texts, Denial is a powerful meditation on climate change and our current political deadlock. Piedmont East Bay Children's Choirs Performing Department choirs invite you to Make History with us - showcasing new works by Jens Ibsen and Eric Tuan, choreography by Kali Futnani, and the debut of our Ecco conducting scholars instructed by Joel Chapman! Innovation and exploration await you for this very special performance.
Celebrate the work from the fall semester from ALL of our PEBCC Choirs - featuring selections from our Kinder Choir, Virtual Training Class, and selections from all ensembles curated from our Candlelight and Training Dept. performances.
Join your fellow choir families in cheering on all levels of our choir in this special filmed watch party in the relaxed setting of the New Parkway Theater as we finish out our fall/winter semester in community sharing highlights of the season on the big screen!
PEBCC will show two screenings (75 minutes each) at 1:45 PM and 3:30 PM. Audiences are limited to 150 per showing.
Join our younger singers in sharing their love of music as they showcase their learning from the fall semester. Due to Covid protocols, seating is limited and all must RSVP in advance.

Concert Choir, Ensemble, Ecco, Ancora
Join PEBCC’s most advanced choral ensembles as they sing stories of the earth in a time of unprecedented change. In partnership with the Stanford Chamber Chorale, we’ll present the world premiere of Kerry Andrew’s Wake Up! - a powerful meditation on the climate crisis through the eyes of young climate activists from around the globe. We’ll also celebrate songs of spring in a collaboration with Finnish youth choir Vox Aurea and medieval ensemble Yr Awen, and share gorgeous but rarely heard partsongs by the Anglo-African composer Samuel Coleridge-Taylor.
