Erica Williams Orcharton

Erica joined the PEBCC Board in 2026 after more than a decade as a choir parent. Her daughter, Georgia, has been a member of the choir for twelve years, and Erica has witnessed firsthand the profound impact that PEBCC has on young singers through its exceptional musical training, supportive community, and emphasis on personal growth. She is honored to support the choir's mission as a board member.

Professionally, Erica is a partner at Gubb & Barshay specializing in affordable housing representing mission-driven, nonprofit developers. A longtime Oakland resident, Erica has dedicated her legal career to helping create and preserve affordable housing throughout California.
