Ron LeGaux

Ron LeGaux serves as Finance Director, where he oversees financial operations and works to ensure the organization’s long-term financial health. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Ron has spent much of his career supporting mission-driven organizations by strengthening financial systems, improving processes, and helping teams make informed decisions that support their programs and communities.

Before joining PEBCC, Ron worked in public accounting consulting with nonprofit organizations and held finance roles with organizations focused on disability advocacy, climate policy, education, and community services. His work has included helping organizations implement accounting systems, improve financial reporting, and build strong operational foundations that allow staff to focus on their mission.

Ron lives in Alameda and enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, three children, and two dogs. He is proud to support an organization that brings young people together through music and believes strongly in the role the arts play in building confidence, creativity, and community.
